IN THE CENTER OF THE HEART, OUR GOD LIVES. 

We are convinced that tomorrow belongs to us.  Today we must prepare. 

Our enemies are still the same enemies that our ancestors faced.  Sad to say but some things still remain the same.  How, then, should we prepare?

I.

We must collect as much information as possible regarding our enemies and the activities of our enemies.  The information must be accurate and adequate for our needs.  For example, the information we are gathering must answer some basic questions such as,

Who are we facing?  How determined are they?  How many are they?  What of their plans and their intentions? Who is our main target? Or, are there many targets?  What or Where do the strengths and weaknesses of our enemies hide?  How do they use their weakness and strengths?  How can we use the information regarding their weaknesses against them?  If I wanted to locate an enemy, how will I do it in matter of seconds?  If we want to know what our enemies are planning, to who or where do we go for such information? 

And what of our plans?  Are our plans well thought of and prepared carefully months in advance? 

One of our goals is to wear down our enemies where they simply just give up. For instance, if our enemies are weak, we attack.  If our enemies are strong, we harass. We entice them to fight where we know they will be defeated.  Otherwise, we wait.  We wait for the right time to pounce and crush their skulls and tear them apart. 

Another of our goals is to frustrate the plans of our enemies.  Eliminate as many of their "plans" as possible. 

II.

We must have our eyes and ears everywhere.

Confront our enemies´ ringleaders and their loudmouth thugs. 

Poison the minds of the enemies´common soldier.  Slander the name and honor of their leaders.  Buy their ´loyalty.´  If they cannot be bought, then intimidate the shit out of them.  Learn as much as you can about each ringleader.  Their names. Where they live.  Their family.  If you cannot corrupt them, then destroy them. 

WHAT ARE OUR ENEMIES BUT ANIMALS! 

You cannot attack an enemy that you do not know anything about.  How much of your enemy do you know?   Do you know, for instance, the type of tactics that she uses.  Her techniques.  And what of her morale and attitude? 

Think, what is important in ourselves?  What is important in ourselves is also important in our enemies. 

Know yourself.

Know your enemy. 

III.

Never stop harassing those you consider your enemies. 

Remember that a battle is just a battle and not a war.  You cannot win a war without some loss.  So, when you decide to fight, go all the way.

What is your ideological point of view?  Stand by it.

IIII.

Disguise and Conceal.

Conceal everything about yourself.  What is your name?  Where do you live?  How old are you?  Who are your immediate family?  Only you can give such information and only you can prevent the enemy from gathering information on you and your family.  Do not give them a way to attack you, destroy you, block you or eliminate the organization that you have worked so hard to build. 

Our enemies are watching us.

We also must watch them.

We must learn to become invisible ourselves while forcing our enemies to stand in the middle of the highway. 

Hit the enemies´ nerve centers before they hit ours. 

We must destroy the enemy from within their organization.  This is where your dedication and commitment to our revolutionary ideology and struggle will come into play.

Our enemies will find many ways to infiltrate us.  We, too, must find many ways to infiltrate them. 

It is of necessity, then, that we must teach and develop in our people-- especially our women--the art of secrecy and its techniques.  We must teach them to shut the hell up when it comes to our ideology and struggle.  And if one of our own cannot keep his mouth shut, we must immediately get rid of him.  He is of no use to us. 

We must become like the shadows walking beside you, behind you and in front of you without you noticing them. 

Once you decide to fight, you must get yourself a different name, a different birth place, and a different family.  Nothing of the OLD in you must remain.  This is for your own protection and for the protection of your own family.  This is why information of the enemy is so important.  It can become POWER.  This is also why Rank will not be important in this organization.
